Exchange and return period

Exchanges and returns due to the customer's simple change of mind can be accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt of the actual product.

If the product is returned at will without the exchange/return procedure, confirmation may be delayed or exchange or refund may not be possible due to the inability to verify the return details.

Exchange/Return Shipping Fee

In the event of an exchange or return due to the customer's simple change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

2. Payment for return shipping in case of customer change of mind

-Exchange/return fee: 6,000 won prepayment (enclosed in the box or bank transfer) or deducted from the refund.

3. Return courier delivery by courier with the payment on recipient (GNP Logitech Co.,Ltd., 137, Sinhang 10-ro, Jinhae-gu, Changwon-si, Gyeongnam 51619)

4. On My Page> Return/Exchange details page, Please insert the waybill number.

5. The inspection period takes more than 3 days after the arrival of the logistics (based on weekdays)

6. After inspection is completed, we will refund the purchase amount or resend the exchanged goods.

Exchange Guide


In order to exchange a product purchased from the Joya Online Store, you must return the product within 7 days of delivery and then order again.

In the case of exchange, only size exchange is applicable, and it is possible if the same product is in stock.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange. (Except for defective products.)

In the case of partial exchange, if the product that was not exchanged is not a shoe product (eg, insole, etc.), you will be responsible for round-trip shipping.

Not applicable for Exchange/Return

Please note that exchanges/returns cannot be made if the value of the product is damaged by trying on or using after opening the package. However, exchanges/returns are possible if the package is opened to check the contents of the product.

If the request for exchange/return due to the customer's simple change of mind has passed 7 days from the date of receipt of the product

When the value of the product is severely damaged or damaged due to the customer's fault

For some products with special price, exchange/return may not be possible due to the customer's simple change of mind.

-Returns will be accepted after checking of the reason for returns.

-For exchange, please reorder after return.

-When returning products, be sure to return accessories at the same time as the product. (Product box, tag/label on the product)

-In other cases, if it corresponds the reasons of restriction of subscription withdrawal prescribed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.

Returns cannot be made if the above is not met.

-Exchanges and refunds are only available at the store where the product was purchased. (For online store purchases, exchange returns are only possible at the online store.)

-Please return both the product (tag) and the product box without damage within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

(Please note that exchanges and returns are not possible if you have already used the products or do not have a receipt or product box.)


-Warranty period: 6 months

-In accordance with the Consumer Damage Compensation Regulations, compensation is provided for products that are damaged during distribution or have abnormal product performance. (Excluding compensation for defects caused by consumer negligence and carelessness, and long-term used products)

-If, in our judgment, the fault of the shoe is the fault of the consumer, we will not accept exchange or return even within the warranty period. If you request a review for this, a review fee of 25,000 won will be incurred, and the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

Dispute Resolution Standards (Damage Compensation Regulations)


1. If there is an abnormality in quality after purchasing our product, we will compensate as follows.

-Poor sewing/poor adhesion/poor dyeing/poor subsidiary materials: Exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase

-Inaccurate size: In principle, if the product is not damaged within 7 days after purchase, the same price and the same product must be exchanged.

2. We are not responsible for compensation for product damage due to customer carelessness, deformation due to washing errors, or defects in product quality that have passed the warranty period.

3. Product exchange compensation is available only through the place of purchase, and you must bring the receipt or sales confirmation provided when purchasing the product. In addition, the warranty label attached to the product and the product packaging box must not be damaged.
